TRAINING
As a model and TV presenter Taye doesnt want to be too big. He trains 4 days a week and does a little bit of everything when he is in the gym. 20 mins of cardio followed by some all over weights. He lift 10-15 reps and has 90 sec rest between sets.
He finishes off every session with 10 mins of abs/lower back as he feels its important to have at least a little six pack in his job.
DIET
Taye doesnt care much for diets. He eats what he wants and when he wants. Although he admits if he has had a bad week he will make sure he gets to the gym more. After a little probing into his eating habits it becomes apparent that Taye has a taste for mainly healthy foods.
He enjoys eating out on a regular basis, 4-6 times a week and enjoys a glass of wine too. But he does have a sweet tooth or a taste for chocolate and regards himself lucky from that view point. He has his 5 a day and a variety of meat during the week too, but he stresses it isnt something he thinks about.
