Do you have a training log?We advise all our clients to keep a log of all the sessions they do. They dont have to be detailed like those of us trainers, but try to keep a record of:* How many sessions. * What type of session.* How long each session is.Many people like to play dumb. "If i dont know what i did, then you cant prove i did badly" Records are a way of keeping you on track. If you miss two sessions one month you can make them up the next, or vice versa of course.Keep a food diary too. You may be suprised at what you eat....
